I'm Nadeen

Once upon a time, I felt lost, isolated, and unsure of what I was meant to do. I jumped from one project to another — chasing what felt good in the moment but never feeling “good enough” to follow through. I remember my now-husband saying, “Didn’t you just start that writing project last week?” — and he was right. I didn’t believe in myself enough to stick with anything.

Back then, I was working as a closed captioner, dreading every day. Then COVID hit — and I did something wild. I quit my job with no plan B. I just knew that I was meant for more.

At the time, I had dabbled in sales, so when my husband suggested tech sales, I thought, “Why not?” I had no idea what tech sales even was. After being rejected more than 15 times, eight months later, I finally landed my first role.

That decision changed everything.

How it all started...

What came next was the most uncomfortable, transformative chapter of my life. I went from doubting every word that came out of my mouth to leading global B2B sales teams that generated millions in pipeline across AMER and EMEA.

Within five years, I built and coached teams that consistently exceeded quota — generating over $10.4M in pipeline and boosting conversion rates by up to 50% through targeted strategy and coaching.


I led multiple top-performing teams, ranked #1 regionally for pipeline generation, and received leadership awards recognizing my impact and ability to develop others.

But none of that happened overnight. It came from learning how to balance data and intuition — how to use numbers to drive strategy, and mindset to sustain success.

That’s how The Calm Confident Sales Framework was born.

I founded this practice to help established entrepreneurs who’ve built momentum but crave more clarity, consistency, and calm in their sales process.

I most enjoyed talking openly about what I am trying to achieve and realising that I'm more valuable and have more to offer than I tend to think. Some fun facts about me...

I speak four languages — Arabic, French, English, and Spanish.

I once translated a novel that went on to be published, and I only found out two years later! I had already left the translation industry, so it was the sweetest surprise.

I’m a total cat person — I have two adorable cats who think they run the house (and they’re not entirely wrong).

I’m a big reader and have finished seven books in the past six months — none of them self-development! Just stories that feed my curiosity and imagination.

I’m currently writing my memoir, a personal project that’s been both healing and creatively fulfilling.

As a kid, my favorite color was green, and I made sure my entire bedroom matched — from the desk to the bed to the walls. It was basically a green paradise.
