I had an excellent session with Nadeen. In 30min, she helped me cut through uncertainty by clearly explaining what a typical B2B sales stack looks like and where the real friction points usually are.
Nadeen was lovely to work with. She guided me through a sales call and questioned my beliefs and mindset around money to help me understand the value of my services. She also took a look at my website and gave me clear, actionable steps on how to position myself better. The next day, I had my very first sales call and hope to be onboarding my new client soon. In a big part, this is due to speaking with Nadeen first which gave me the confidence to handle the call to the best of my ability. My session with Nadeen was extremely valuable and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
I’m starting my first business and I’ve been really nervous about selling myself and my services. The whole idea of "sales" just felt super uncomfortable. Working with Nadeen completely changed my perspective on what selling actually means. Instead of pitching myself, I can approach conversations with genuine curiosity about people and their challenges. If I can help, great. If not, then hopefully I’ve made a new friend/connection. I most enjoyed talking openly about what I am trying to achieve and realising that I'm more valuable and have more to offer than I tend to think. Nadeen took the time to get to know me and was able to quickly clarify my main sales blocks. By the end of my session, Nadeen had given me concrete suggestions about how to handle clients' hold ups and fears by learning to ask more questions so that I can serve them in the best way possible. I would highly recommend speaking to Nadeen if you feel worried about turning potential clients into paying customers... especially if you are a complete beginner (like me) and have a tendency to give away all your best work because you don't want to come across as pushy. With Nadeen's help, that is the me of the past!
I loved Nadeen’s style – supportive, and direct to help you get the most out of the session. I loved doing a practice run of a discovery call as it really got me to see how I can improve (in terms of focussing on the customer and how I better articulate what I do). I now have a clear action plan on how to practice and deliver my calls in a way that feels grounded and authentic. Definitely recommend Nadeen she is great at explaining the why behind the what and overall really lovely (and calm!) to work with.
Nadeen is very easy to talk to during our sales coaching session. I enjoyed our deep dive into who my ideal client is and explored the weaknesses in my sales system. I walked away with clarity on who I should be targeting and things I should have done in my sales system to make it more effective with less effort.
